At VoltBike, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance gear; if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused sports gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
