Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take between 5 to 10 business days across North America.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
VoltBikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We include a comprehensive tool kit and video guides to assist you.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Are the batteries removable and replaceable?
Yes, all VoltBike batteries are designed to be easily removable for convenient indoor charging and are secured with a key-lock system for safety.
What kind of warranty is provided with a VoltBike purchase?
Every new VoltBike comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
